This is one of the most exciting days you will ever experience and TRCP wants to be a part of it. We know that when planning your wedding every detail matters. You have so many things to do and we want to help.
We specialize in home and backyard weddings.
So what does that mean?
To start, it means that the attention to detail must be very specific and for that reason we only service up to 80 guest. We do not take on any other weddings one week before yours, our attention is solely upon you and your menu, we provide an in-home tasting for you and three other guests and lastly the food we make is in your kitchen or at location of choice. If you're getting married outside and don't have a kitchen, no problem. We have an outdoor set up that we can use to cook all of your food fresh and on location. Your food will never be cooked at a third-party location, packaged, transported, unpackaged, reheated and then served to your guests.
We also make our wedding packages simple. When you were quoted a price, that price will include everything from the food, service, set up, break down, kitchen clean up, and trash removal. We do not add gratuity to our tickets because we believe you have the right to tell us what you think our service was worth. You are doing us the favor by giving us the opportunity to service you and we are privileged to be a part of your day, not the other way around.
